One-To-Many partnerships for Organisations

Organisations provide the right environment for employees to thrive, allow them better clarity and improved thinking, encourage their initiatives and foster their creativity. They cater for the social and working identity needs that we have as humans and federate everybody behind a common purpose. That is how the workplace becomes meaningful.

I believe in the learning organisation, the one that is ready to continuously question its processes and its culture and learns from its mistakes. The one who knows that individual leadership today is essential at all levels and group leadership is even more urgent to develop.

fostering group leadership

building a teams

The more the responsibility is shared, the more creativity is fostered. The more the first line employee learns how to think as an owner and the owner as the very first line employee, The more the initiatives are liberated. The more team members function as a real team together, the more meaningful the task at hand becomes and the more performant the group is.

Nothing is stronger than a synergy of thoughts. Nothing is more exciting than minds that are ignited and fired up.

I just love to witness it all.

Listen, assess, prepare then deliver…

Preparation and facilitation of workshops has always been the highlights in my career. I find it extremely rewarding to: listen to the demand at hand, try to grasp the problem that an executive committee or a senior management team is facing, prepare and deliver the needed process to help everybody get the right solution.

This kind of missions teases both my consulting and coaching parts.

Nothing is worthier than helping you to find the solutions that you indeed can implement as opposed to telling you what you should do.

reinforce your team’s learning curve

Before being sessions that I prepare and deliver to you, trainings are for me the ultimate learning tool.

Any subjects covering leadership and cultural aspects: facilitation skills, leadership agility, emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion, interpersonal skills, leadership communication, change... can be put into a training.

The objective is to share information, provoke thoughts and put people on the move along a learning journey.

A combination of trainings, workshops and individual and group coaching can sometimes be useful for a deeper impact.
